CARING HEARTS IN-HOME HELP
Because we're nurse-led, changes in a client's health — a subtle shift in mobility, appetite, or medication response — are more likely to be picked up early, before they become a hospital admission. Our Registered Nurses oversee every care plan, stay in touch with GPs and allied health, and check in personally after any hospital stay. It's the kind of oversight that gives families real peace of mind, not just a roster of visits

Why Nurse-Led Care Makes a Difference
Anyone can organise a support worker. What's harder to find is genuine clinical oversight — someone qualified to notice when things are starting to slip, and to act on it before it becomes a crisis.
That's what having a Registered Nurse at the centre of your care means in practice. Our nurses stay in touch with GPs and allied health, review care plans as needs change, and check in personally after a hospital stay — so small concerns get addressed while they're still small.
It's not just about ticking off a service list. It's about someone with clinical training keeping an eye on the whole picture, so families can worry less.
OUR clinical leadership
Caring Hearts is led by Kaye, a Registered Nurse with 5 years of experience in aged care, community nursing & palliative. She personally oversees care planning across our client base, liaises directly with GPs and allied health teams, and is available to families who want a clinical perspective on a loved one's changing needs.
This isn't a call centre model. It's a small, clinically-led team who know our clients by name.
OUR CAREGIVERS
Our caregivers are experienced, compassionate, and dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to our clients. They undergo rigorous training and background checks to ensure they are qualified to provide the care you need.
